| NewsTo read 128 Business Council Press Releases. Snow EmergenciesAs wintertime comes along, this page will have information about short-term service changes due to heavy snowstorms. Please check this page if you have questions regarding service during storms. Severe Snowstorm PolicyThe 128 Business Council will provide, upon written faxed request by a Member Company Transportation Coordinator, a 3:00 pm Severe Snowstorm Special Shuttle during severe snowstorms. We regret that, because of seating constraints, we can accommodate Member Company employees only. Employees must show their 128 Business Council Identification Card upon boarding the Special Shuttle. Severe Snowstorm Special Shuttle information is disseminated through each company's Transportation Coordinator and on this web page. Please do not call the 128 Business Council for shuttle information during snowstorms. Your company's Transportation Coordinator will be your contact regarding the Severe Snowstorm Special Shuttle. Individual phone calls hold up our phone lines interrupting our communication efforts in coordinating this Special Shuttle. During severe snowstorms, the 128 Business Council Shuttles (Routes 31, 35, 39, 42, and 44) will also be running their regular schedules through 6:00 pm. Most departures scheduled after 6:00 pm (see below for details) will be cancelled. Only during Snow Emergencies declared by the Governor of Massachusetts will the Shuttle services be cancelled.
